Better than prescriptions
My daughter had an eczema rash on her arm that just was not going away. We were at the pediatrician for an annual but they said if I wanted an appointment for a well check it would be separate and $200. I said $200 to just get a refill on a prescription you’ve already given us, I’ll pass. I found this and it has been a Life Saver!!!! It will be a staple in my household from here on out. Started seeing results within a few days.

I love using this moisturizer, just not on my face. It clogged my pores and made my face super oily. However, I use it on my hands, legs, and arms and it leaves my skin super soft and rich. It’s a great product, just don’t recommend using it on your face if you get oily easy and have sensitive skin!

Very effective for treating very dry diabetic feet. Really just need to apply a think layer once a week and let it dry for it to really see a dramatic improvement.

CeraVe Moisturizing Cream vs Eucerin Advanced Repair Lotion
This is for all my super dry skin people…if your skin is dry, flaky and painful even after applying lotion this is for you. If you are approaching a certain age and suddenly you cannot seem to apply enough cream to soothe your skin, this is for you too. Before you go to a doctor to be checked for skin fungal infection try this first:To be clear this is a comparison between the “Eucerin Advanced Repair Lotion” for very dry skin (it has urea as the third ingredient) vs “CeraVe Moisturizing Cream” that comes in a big tub, sometimes with a pump. Both products are unscented.EUCERIN:This is a lighter lotion that packs a good punch. It goes on light, leaving a very slight oil feeling and film that feels good. The secret ingredient here is urea which draws moisture to the skin. The lotion can be used on its own in fall, spring and summer if your skin is not too dry. For winter it needs a tiny bit more oil for complete relief. In the winter I put about a dime size dollop of lotion on my hand, add a tiny bit of oil (about half or less the amount of lotion), rub together and apply from head to toe. The lotion is light enough to apply a small amount on the face when it is super dry out. It makes a great night moisturizer too.CERAVE:This is a thick, rich cream that feels luxurious and provides a nice nongreasy film on the skin. I can get away with using it on its on in the summer but for fall, spring and winter I need to add oil to it. Usually, I pump a dime size dollop of cream on my hand, add about the same amount of oil, rub them together and then apply from neck to toe (it is too thick for the face).If I was to pick only one of the two products, Cerave would be it. Even if it needs more oil for the perfect feel in super dry weather, it provides a much more moisturizing cushion to the skin. When I use it without oil in the summer it almost feels a little dry/powder-like, while still moisturizing.One last point: I have had the best results when adding oil to both products. As we age our skin cannot produce as much oil as needed, and adding it to our cream/lotion is the perfect solution. You need an oil blend that has a good balance between fast absorbing oils, for a more conditioning effect, and ones that linger a little to help seal in the moisture from your cream/lotion. The best I have found so far is the “Acacia Well Body” body oil. It is rich but not greasy. Sometimes when in a rush I apply the oil minus cream/lotion, and it holds its own for at least 24 hours.

Great product
I have been using CeraVe Moisturizing Cream for my son for several months now and I am extremely happy with the results. As someone with dry skin, my son has always struggled to find a moisturizer that truly hydrates and nourishes his skin. I’ve always had horribly dry skin. As a kid I used to have to use this thick icky “lotion” on my hands & sleep with gloves only to find a bit of relief. Now decades later – it’s my legs that are dry! So dry, in fact, that they’re super itchy! Recently I started scratching them in my sleep & waking up with them bleeding! They were even starting to scar! I’d never used Cerve but had heard it was one of the best – and I was skeptical still because I’d also read on Sephora about people using it as a facial moisturizer in their skin care routine – which in in my mind meant it might not be enough for my dry skin elsewhere (it would either be not be strong enough or it’d far too strong for any facial skin type). The moment I put it on it soothed my itchy skin & there was an immediately noticeable difference in the look & feel of my skin. It is instantly moisturizering without feeling thick or sticky – it’s almost like it’s a whipped moisturizer, light & fluffy even! And there’s a very slight but pleasant scent. Ive hardly noticed it so I cant even tell you exactly what it smells like bc I havent noticed it enough to have thought about it! I’ve used it at least 2 if not 3 times a day everyday for at least 3 weeks now – & my dry skin isn’t perfectly cured. It does still itch occasionally but the difference Cereve has made has been HUGE!! No product is perfect but this is the closest I’ve found! I absolutely recommend it.

My skin is noticeably soft, smooth, and clear!
I have very dry and sensitive skin. I’ve tried other brands before this one, but they would often cause a burning sensation because my skin is so sensitive. As a result, my skin got worse and started developing dry, flaky, dark patches since the products were burning me so badly.I started using CeraVe products after some research and moreso after seeing a dermatologist. Just after a week of usage and my dry skin patches are clearing up! Plus, my skin doesn’t seem to react negatively towards it (no burning sensation)! I use the cream with an oil I know I’m not sensitive to (like jojoba oil) since I read another review that strongly recommended to do that, and I’m really happy with the results thus far. The smell isn’t to strong so it hasn’t been an issue for me.Strongly recommend

Perfect for my infant!
My son is biracial, and his skin tends to get pretty dry, and he also had very bad eczema when he was about 2 months old. Our pediatric dermatologist recommended that I use this on him, and it has helped SOOO MUCH! I had tried literally everything you can think of in his skin, eucerin, Aquaphor, coconut oil, and so forth, and nothing worked like this has. This was truly a god send and helped me to clear his skin up. Once it cleared up, and since I have been consistently using this, once a day at least, and after baths, I have not had any problems with the eczema or dry skin at all. Definitely recommend this!!

I like it a lot but…
I have very dry hands. My hands are so dry I don’t even leave noticeable fingerprints on things I touch but this stuff doesn’t help a lot in that area. It helps, just not as much as other products I’ve used. Maybe I’m not using enough, who knows.I have two complaints:1) I get this greasy feeling on my hands after using it. I have to wipe them on a towel to get the excess off.2) It doesn’t really moisturize my hands as well as another product I bought from a local store but whatever this does, it lasts a lot longer. That other stuff washes away as soon as I wash my hands. This stuff stays for at least a day or two.As a diabetic I have very dry skin on one of my lower legs and no other moisturizer I used on it gets the dryness away. This does. In fact, it lasts for three or four days on my legs.I’ve seen people say this doesn’t have a scent but I can smell it. It’s a very slight smell and not unpleasant by any means but it is there and not very noticeable.

Everything you could want in a moisturizer!
I love this moisturizer so much! I decided to buy this after receiving a free sample packet in the mail. I have many moisturizers from other brands like Aveeno, Aquaphor, Nivea and Gold Bond but this one is my favorite! It dries down very nicely and isn’t sticky or messy at all, all of which are problems I’ve had with many other moisturizers. This makes my skin so soft and moisturized. This is everything you could want in a moisturizer. A little bit goes a long way, so it’s worth the price. Highly recommended!

Fantastic on My Dry Skin
I’ve tried a lot of different products over the years for my dry skin. This moisturizer does wonderful things for me. My skin drinks it up like it was Death Valley. It leaves my skin moisturized and I’m good for a couple of days. I have no reactions to this product and it even calms my skin when I get itchy. Love the 19 oz. sized jar. It lasts me awhile. I’ll continue to buy this product because it does what it says it will.

Uh-mazing product
My best friend told me about this and she learned about it from a dermatologist on YouTube. Yeah, well it’s perfect and amazing and NO adverse affects from it. I’m usually breaking out in hives or getting really itchy from moisturizers. This soothes sensitive skin without being an oily ointment and it sinks in well–you don’t have greasy slippery hands for an hour. I have to wash my hands frequently and this holds up to a couple washings. It’s helped me keep my hands from turning raw and reddened. There’s no scent. It doesn’t smell like chemicals. I had such good success with this cream that I tried their other products. It also stopped the painful dry winter skin. The chlorine and whatever they have in the municipal water for the shower is harsh. I love this cream to soothe that tight, sunburned type of feeling. It’s also amazing if you put it on after a shower to keep your elbows and feet from being crocodile skin. It really has staying power. Worth the money when you think about how much you spend on 2-3 containers of cheap stuff that you have to put on so many times and it never really changes your skin. This formula is a must-have for winter climates too–dry indoor heating and those hot showers you take to get the feeling back in your hands and feet. No longer have any issues. LOVE YOU, CERAVE!

Absorbs quickly, non greasy
I haven’t used this for very long yet so I can’t write about how great is working. It is a nice light lotion though. I have used it on my face without any negative reaction and it doesn’t leave it feeling oily. It absorbs pretty quickly and I really don’t notice a scent to it.

This is a Godsend!
My hands have never been so bad. My fingers were split and my hands were dry and chapped. I saw this advertised on TV and ordered it immediately. It has not disappointed me. I haven’t been able to use lotion for years, but this is helping. It started soothing immediately. It has no smell and that is great. I have only had it a few days and my hands are healed.

This moisturizer is a must have,
I have very very dry skin especially in the winter. I have tried every lotion and cream. I found most of them oily and greasy and they do not help. I recently started using Cera Ve and I absolutely love it. It goes on easy and really penetrates the skin and does not leave a greasy or oily residue. My skin is smooth and not itchy anymore. I also use a cera ve facial wash and moisturizer. I would highly recommend it!

I have tried more lotions/moisturizers than I can count. From cheap to expensive. Cerave is the best. I had sun poisoning when I was younger and in later years this really messed the skin on my legs up. This lotion is the only one that works. My legs are now very smooth. I would recommend to anyone. BTW…Amazon has a great price on it also. I checked.

Huge amount for a good price, don’t hesitate to get
Its my favorite cream. Most creams I get feels like lotion. its too thin and watery which is hard to dry and stains everywhere. This is the only cream that is thick, doesn’t smell, and calms my eczema. It dries up after a minute or 2 and feels like you have nothing on. Love the non-greasy feel or cerave’s products. I have their itching cream in the red packaging too which is thicker than the regular moisturizing cream here. I like thick formulas. Trying to get rid of steroids for my eczema and cerave is a great help to tame my flare ups. The itching is less now and everytime I itch I apply it instantly and it calms the itching

Amazing Product
I love this cream. I use it on my face, arms, legs….all over. What amazes me is that Cerave is rich and thick, but not greasy and immediately disappears as you rub a small amount into your skin. It works like a dream. Really, after a few uses, you should see a difference. This big tub will last awhile, and is a big bargain over the small bottles of lotion found in many product lines (including Cerave). This is all you need.

Amazing Product for anyone!
This is a great product for anyone who needs a good moisturizer. It has ceramides and hyaluronic acid which is great for hydrating and locking in moisture. This has a very thick and creamy texture to it and takes a bit to fully rub into the skin. If you have a beard or facial hair, you’ll have to work the moisturizer in a bit, or else it will sit on top and dry.

Helps with irritation as well!!!
This product is amazing!( Ignore pimples and acne in pictures) Before using this product I was desteret and none of my other moisturizers we’re working for the wave of dryness and that irritation that came with cold weather. When I found the CeraVe moisturizer, I was very hopeful. After the first time I applied it I had already felt a change. After just a day most of my redness was gone and my skin no longer looked like the death valley in California. It does take a while for it to sink in, so you might feel it for a while especially while sweating. It also felt very gentle on my skin, and was easy to apply. (Good for all ages.)

Love this product as it is not oily nor does it leave a residue. I have extremely thin skin and I take a blood thinner which means I have very ugly arms. I am also sensitive to odors as some odors can trigger an asthma attack.This moisturizer meets my needs! My husband bought me an knock-off brand and it so inferior that I told him he could use it since he isn’t picky. It ended up in the trash!

It does moisturize your your skin
I had a problem with my hands apparently I wash my hands too much because I do too many outdoor activities. The doctor told me I’m too clean if need to stop watching so often that I needed a moisturizer. I must say my hands look much younger. I applied it on one hand first and enough for such such a huge disparity between the two hands I can reasonably say that it works. It has not resolved that problem with my hand but it has given me a much more youthfull appearance. I have started using it on my face to see what it does for my face. I’ll buy again based on the results.

SOFT, SILKY GLOWING SKIN
Some companies say that their products will give you soft, glowing, silky skin and it’s just ALL words but with CeraVe that’s NOT the case at all. They talk the talk and can TRULY back it up. Just look at ALL of their GREAT reviews. CeraVe Moisturizing Cream isn’t too heavy. If you have dry skin or if your skin dries out in the colder weather then this would be a good product for you to buy. Thank you to Amazon, CeraVe and the vendor for making this GREAT product available and sooo affordable to the public.

Rich, Moisturizing Cream for Dry Skin
I have been using Cerave products for a few years now and the Moisturizing Cream has made an impact on my skin, both the face and body. Any form of dryness is gone and maintained through my routine with the product. Additionally, the pump is a welcome change from the regular 8 FLoz tube, even with the addition of a travel sized version of the Hydrating Cleaner, I couldn’t pass it up. Moreover, even after I use up the small bottle, I could always fill it back up when I go on trips.Can’t get enough of this product!

The only moisturizer I trust
I have extremely dry skin, and eczema. This does a great job of keeping my skin moisturized. It’s so gentle and fragrance free, that I trust it enough for use on my baby’s skin.

Best cream for aged dry skin
It’s absorbs very well. I recently started using this every time after I dry exfoliate and shower. Skin stays supple until my next shower. I’m almost 64 and the winters have been so drying. Love that it works, good sized tub and does not cost an arm and a leg.

Works Pretty Well
I have had a dry face (specifically forehead) for as long as I can remember. I have tried all different products, lotions, you name it and haven’t found anything to make it go away. I have been using this product for about a month now and while I notice less flaky skin, I have also noticed an increase in blemishes. I can’t help but blame this moisturizer which is a shame because I feel like I now have to battle between clear (blemish-free) skin and moisturized skin.

Moisturizing. Not fragrance-free
This cream moisturizes as promised but it is definitely not fragrance free like products such as eucerin. I put it on my brows and cheeks and the fragrance made my eyes tear up. This really shouldn’t happen with something that claims to be a face and body cream.I don’t necessarily think it’s an added perfumery type fragrance like other health and beauty products, but there is an irritant scent happening. So beware.

Love this lotion, this works so well on everything from moisturizing, to skin problems that might occur from eczema or other problems that make you itch or make you otherwise uncomfortable, it’s the only lotion I’ve found that actually works, without a powerful scent. worth every dime

This product works to moisturize well. It does not feel greasy and it sinks in. I appreciate a lotion that’s unscented.More dermatologist are recommending unscented lotions lately it’s much better for your skin.I personally don’t like dipping my hand into the jar but did not want to take a star off just for that because it’s a personal preference.5 stars gets the job done.

My skin is extremely sensitive and gets extremely dry as soon as the temperatures go down for the winter. The tops of my hands get so dry (no matter how often I wash my hands and no matter what kind of hand soap I use) that if I don’t reapply a “normal” hand lotion every time I wash my hands, I’ll eventually probably get scabs on my hands (that’s how it feels anyway).So I tried this… WOW… Even from the first time I used it, I immediately knew THIS is what I’ll be sticking with. It absorbs fast and efficiently. It’s NOT greasy. No weird residue. I’ve used it several times but not even close to how often I wash my hands (I’m not going to bring a little tub of lotion to work). Anyway, it hydrates extremely efficiently. My hands have been my biggest problem area with winter dryness but the rest of my skin has been uncomfortably dry too. I started using this on the rest of my body and I’ve felt SO much better. I’ve had this for like 3 days and my skin is already almost completely back to healthy hydration, which without this lotion, I wouldn’t have for months. Buy it.

Really great!
I was hesitant to try yet another hand lotion but this one’s a keeper. It’s actually a thick creme which I have never tried before. I only use it at night before bed so it will stay on for a longer stretch of time. I have chemical sensitivity & there is NO scent to this which is fantastic. When first applied, it feels sticky temporarily but soon it makes the hands so smooth almost instantly. I still use my regular Lubriderm sensitive lotion all day long because I wash my hands frequently. But the CeraVe seems to repair my skin overnight.
