What is bedwetting?
Bedwetting is caused by delayed development in communication between the brain & bladder while a child is asleep. It typically goes away in time, as hormone levels adjust & the bladder grows.
What are Goodnites?
Goodnites are disposable nighttime underwear specifically designed to fit & provide protection for children who only wet at night. Goodnites even come in an XS size for children who are potty trained, but still experiencing nighttime wetness.
Should you talk to your doctor about bedwetting?
Yes, it’s important to speak with your child’s doctor & figure out the best management program for your family. Be sure to include your child, too. When kids hear they’re not alone, it instills confidence & understanding about the condition.
Why should I choose Goodnites Nighttime Underwear instead of training pants?
While Pull-Ups are ideal for potty training, Goodnites are best for nighttime protection. Our small sizes provide a better fit and offer 40% more protection that the leading training pants, so even when lying down kids are less likely to leak.
What advice do you have for parents?
Trust yourself and don’t put too much pressure on how you think it’s supposed to go. Every child is different. If your little one is still wet at night, just know you are not alone and it’s nothing to be embarrassed about – they will grow out of it!

An Exceptional Product for Managing Bedwetting
I’ve been using Goodnites for over 10 years to manage my bedwetting, and they have consistently performed well. The fit is comfortable, and the absorbent material holds a significant amount of urine, lasting throughout the night even when full. I find these briefs reliable for overnight use and daytime protection related to my bedwetting. I’ve never once suffered dermatitis or irritation as a result of wearing or using them. There are a couple of points to note as caveats. While Goodnites mask odors fairly well, they may begin to smell urinous after use, and while this may not be discernible from a distance, they can rub off on whatever it may be touching. However, this usually isn’t a big issue. Although Goodnites don’t have a wetness indicator (likely in keeping with their value as discreet underwear for independent wearers), the front of the Goodnite may also appear different when it is wet due to the expansion of the absorbent material, and the wetness may be noticeable by a dull yellowish tint. However, these are minor points that do not significantly impact the utility of the product.Overall, I am very satisfied with Goodnites and would recommend them to others in need of incontinence protection related to bedwetting, although they also work well as pull-ups generally. They have made a noticeably positive difference in my quality of life.

I was worried about nighttime leaks, but we haven’t had any problems!
My son had sort of outgrown his nighttime diapers and kept leaking through them at night. I was worried about switching to pull ups because hes definitely not waking up to pee yet, but these have been working great – no leaks!

These Leak for Us
I got these for my daytime potty-trained son to wear at bedtime. We had been using nighttime diapers and I thought it’d be a good idea to try something that is more similar to underwear to put on. For the most part, we’ve had quite a few leaks, or even just saggy pants. He’s within the weight range for the XS size and he’s a very average sized toddler. I don’t know if they’re just too big on his waist or what, but nearly every night, he’s either peed so much in them that his pants and nearly dropping to the ground when he stands up and his whole room smells like urine, or he’s actually leaked through them. We haven’t had any of these issues with the nighttime diapers, so unfortunately, we are moving back to those, which is a bummer because it’s a step backwards from something that seems so much more like underwear. I’m hoping we can try again in a few more months.

Great product! Have bought these several years now!
The media could not be loaded.
This is still the same great brand from when I used them as a kid in the mid 1990’s. Now my sons use them. This size fits my 6 year old perfect. There are 2 different prints in this box. Easy to get on and off. Holds quite a bit of liquid. These seem to be the most comfortable as well as the best at keeping him dry out of the other brands we’ve tried… these are the favorite.

Great for heavy bedwetters
My son is potty trained but still wets the bed. He’s a very heavy bedwetter I have tried everything including the pampers over nights. These are the only nighttime pull-ups I’ll ever use again. He still occasionally leaks but it beats an every night ordeal I was having to wash bed linen literally every day before switching to these. The only reason I didn’t switch sooner is he’s smaller than average and the xs are crazy hard to find you have to order the size xs no one Carry’s them in store. Still worth it I just order them when he gets down to about five that gives plenty of time for shipping

Leak-proof if I add a booster pad! Great fit 👍🏼
My son is 3 & still in diapers, but *almost* ready to potty train. He outgrew his trusty size 6 Hello Bello Night diapers, but nothing I tried seemed to compare. We tried Ninjamas first; I loved the softness, fit, and how high up they went. Unfortunately, he pees right out the side of them. I’ve gotten Good Nights before and love how they fit, but hated them because he always leaked! Turns out, all we needed was a good booster pad. He’s 34 lbs and wears 3t & some 4T clothing. The XS is actually a little big in his waist, but it still works. Adding a good booster pad helps it fit better. For some reason I ordered size Small last time, and they ALSO worked with a pad. I even put these on him for long car rides and naps, and so far he hasn’t had any accidents. They’re not as soft as other diapers, but they’re not as scratchy or rough as Pull-Ups brand. They fit like underwear and are easy enough for him to pull on and off himself. Occasionally I rip one while pulling it on, but it’s not as often as Pull-Ups brand.Get these and the Good Nights booster pad inserts!! For extra protection at night, I use Super Sposies. Both work great but the Good Nights pads fit these perfectly.Hope this helps ☺️

Best night time leak protection for 3-4 yr old!!!
My just-turned-4 year old was leaking at night so bad that we had to wash the sheets and comforter 3 to 4 times per week. We tried different sizes of Huggies Pull Ups and Pampers. We even tried doubling up in them as well as some other “hacks” and nothing worked. The Overnites are THE BEST!! He has had damp pajamas a couple of nights, but the sheets haven’t been wet at all in about 2 weeks of them

Better than pull ups
My 5 year old son was composing that the largest size of pull ups were rubbing and giving him a rash on his leg. I switched him to these and he is super happy with the fit and we have had no leaks or accidents. He’s just over 4 foot and 50 lbs.

We were doubling up on night time pull-ups and sometimes still leaking out. These are great! My kids wore these while wearing 3T-4T pull-ups/underwear.

Did the job
My seven year old son hats to wear these every night due to medical conditions. They work great keep Him and the bed dry. They Work just as good as higher priced brands

My kids keep peeing in these things, all night long.
I can’t even imagine how many of these suckers I’ve bought. I have six kids, and although the youngest aren’t yet big enough to wear them, I’m afraid they’ll take on the family business of peeing in their pants.Daytime potty training is not a problem, but my kids seem to be lacking that hormone that wakes you up when your bladder is full. So they pee their beds until they’re very, very old. (Relatively speaking)Even though you have to sell a kidney to keep your kids in these things, they are they only things that we’ve found that consistently hold the gallons of pee our children discharge EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. Thankfully, once they hit about 8 or 9, our kids can finally learn not to wet at night. Now we just have to teach them to lift up the toilet lid when they are peeing…

They work!
These are our go to night time diapers. We have to make sure they are on correctly (not folded at the waist at all). As long as they are on right we’ve had success 99% of the time. If our son sleeps all balled up or has a ton of fluid right before bed I’ve noticed leaks may happen, but it’s rare. Much better than other brands we’ve tried.

These are perfect for the young ones who still sleep really deeply at night and need that extra protection until their brain is mature enough to wake them and go on their own at night.

Wonderful!
I buy these for my child who still wets the bed at night occasionally. These are wonderful bc this brand has recently changed its sizing going from a L/XL sizing to individual L and XLs and the XLs fit my child best. However it’s extremely hard to find the XLs in store. The price is comparable if not better than those in store. The diapers themselves are awesome. My child is special needs and a bit big for their age and when accidents do happen it’s always a very large amount and these never leak. I’m always amazed at how much they hold and the sheets are always dry! I recommend these 100%!

Expensive but performs better than big name brands
My one year old is in the 105 percentile so he’s huge. He would pee through the big name brand diapers. My friend told me about these. They work great. No more wet pajamas
Sara –
Almost a miracle worker
After being woken up every single night to change my 3 year old’s pajamas and bedsheets, I was desperate to find the miracle night time solution. These are almost them. The very first night of using these, they leaked. However, over the last two months, I’ve only had to change the sheets a handful of times. I’ve also had entire weeks of sleeping through the night. While not perfect, these have SIGNIFICANTLY helped with night time leaks. While I’m still going to be on the look out in case the miracle product really does exist somewhere, I will continue to order these in the mean time.Tip – when putting on after a bath, make sure your child is completely dry and pull them up holding by the front and the back. I’ve ripped them a few times pulling them up by the sides which is very frustrating to have to waste one.

Amazing for use as daytime “pull-up” for bigger toddler
These are the best “pull ups”. Our son, who was 3 at the time, had always been a bigger kid. He outgrew regular diapers and had ZERO interest in the potty, or potty training. I didn’t know what to do. A friend toldMe about these and after I purchased them, we never looked back. He is now almost 4 1/2 and we still use them for occasional nighttime wetting. we have continued to use these at night and nothing compares to their leak protection. Amazing product! And my son loves hulk and Spider-Man, so these have been great in both xs and small. We will use these as long as we need to. Son Says they are comfortable and feel like his underwear that he wears during the day, so he still feels like a “big boy” wearing them. Win!

No Leaks Makes for a Happy Mom AND Happy Kid
I don’t normally review things, let alone something like this but I had to throw my opinions into the mix for the moms (or dads) who need feedback. My son has been potty trained since he was about 35 months but sleeps like a champ for 13-14 hours at night so he is definitely not trained at night. We’ve been using Huggies Overnight diapers since he was about one and they’ve worked fine until about two weeks ago. He is four now and weighs almost 50 pounds so even the largest size diaper (6) won’t keep it all in. I then tried Pull-ups (the overnight style) and he leaked right through them every night. After five days straight of washing and changing the sheets every morning, I decided to see if there was something “better” or even bigger out there. I found these through Amazon but had never heard of them and decided to give them a go. I’m happy to report that we are one week in and are 100% leak free. In fact, when he wakes up, the diaper isn’t bulging like a bowling ball. It’s full, but it’s not bursting at the seams like the other two aforementioned kinds were. I am thrilled! No more changing the sheets. No more stressing that he’ll wake up early due to a wet bed. These overnight pants are simply the best. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

No leaks!
I have two boys, ages 3 &4. One very slender and one a bit chunky! 😉 These are the only overnight pull-ups that I’ve never had a leak with for both kids! Been using them for about a year now.

Kid likes them
These do provide some comfort about small kids peeing at night. But sometimes my kid pees in his goodnites on purpose while kind of inverted and it leaks. Like he is silly and lays with his bottom on a pillow and head down in the bed. The diapers can’t work that way and it leaks all over the waist (and pillow).

I can’t say the effectiveness, but a L is size 10-12 (as in 10-12 years old)

The best night time pull ups
These are the best!! I truly am beyond excited we found these as they provide the best overnight protection out of the say maybe 10 different brands i have tried!. We only use them at night time and use a different during the day. Also note that night time wetting is a bit heavier than other children my child’s age so again these are great and hold the extra amount of pee. 👍👍

excellent for the “only needs a diaper at night” toddler
These were exactly what my family needed, our almost 4 year old is well potty trained but can’t make it through the night yet without an accident. Diapers were making him frustrated to put on and weren’t holding all his urine overnight Sleeping without a diaper was even more stressful for him because he just can’t do it yet without an accident. These underwear style diapers hold so much better than the largest diaper we could try, he can put them on himself which is huge, and he feels cool in them even though he has no idea who spider man is he likes that there is a spider on the pant.

Holds much more than night time pull ups
These are the best for preventing accidents at night. My three-year-old is potty trained but a heavy wetter at night, so the over night pull ups just weren’t doing the job and he’s too big for over night diapers now. He really likes spider man so he’s willing to wear them. They are also good for long car trips when he falls asleep in his car seat. I buy the smallest size, but he’s skinny and wears 2T undies, so people having problems with leaks may want to size up.

Good overnight diaper
Generally speaking, it is good. The only thing is the side can not be adjusted. My kid has small waist, but big legs. The diaper is tight on his leg, but loose on the waist.

Wonderful protection for older child
These are great overnight protection for an older child. Comfortable, easy to take on and off. Hold a lot, rarely leak (maybe twice a year, which is nothing since they are worn every night) very expensive, but worth it for full nights of sleep and no bed linens needing to be changed in the middle of the night! Will continue to buy.

These have never leaked on us!
Life saver. Seriously. We’ve been through other “leak proof” night-time undies that failed horribly. Couldn’t get my kid to wear pull-ups for a a few months because he decided they weren’t comfortable. I thought he’d learn to not wet the bed, but that didn’t happen. I was doing laundry every other night, at least. These popped up in an add and I noticed how good the reviews were. Thought it was worth a try. My three year old actually liked them and how they felt on. And they WORK! We’ve been using them for a couple months now and have not had a single leak. I’m not worried to send him to do sleep overs with the grandparents or cousins anymore. In fact, the hard part is getting him to change out of them and into regular undies for the day. If my kid was still having accidents at school I’d just leave him in them all the time. I’ve had him in natural diapers and pull-ups until now. My only wish would be that these could claim to be more natural, but hey, they work and that’s good enough for me at this point.

Miracle Undies!
Wish I would have found these sooner!!I have a 2 year old boy who is potty trained during the day, but not at night yet. My little guy is 32 pounds and I purchased size XS and they fit perfectly. He has always been a heavy “pee-er” at night. We have gone through every nighttime diaper available and they all still leaked. We purchased inserts to go inside the nighttime diapers and they STILL leaked 80% of the time. When it was time to buy more inserts I decided on a whim to buy these instead. I AM SO GRATEFUL THAT I DID. We have been using them for 2 weeks now and we have not had one leak. NOT ONE!!They are awesome for leak protection, absorbency and perfect for those potty training!!

GoodNites prevent my son from becoming a waterfall
My son is in the 95 percentile still at the age of two. He’s also not potty trained yet. He’s HUGE for his age. I don’t mean like fat huge, I mean he looks like he’s a seven year old and yet he’s two. (I’m probably exaggerating, but regardless). I was getting frustrated at the fact that my son was out peeing his diapers. When I mean out pee, I mean he would wake up soaked to death in his own urine. It was frustrating. Every night I put him to bed knowing I would have to throw him right into the bath by morning. Then I discovered these. Oh my goodness, what a life saver. Not only did it stop the over urine from leaking, he can even wear it a few hours after waking and it’s still good! AMAZING! I don’t know what they did to make these god-send potty training diapers, but if you’re like me and have a really big toddler, get this. Get it right now. Hopefully my son will learn to appreciate the joys of using the toilet. Until then, I’m so happy I don’t have to fish for my toddler every morning.

Perfect night time solution for a day time potty trained autistic 6 year old
Our 6 year old son is on the autism spectrum and has ADHD. Potty training took a long time and was difficult but we’ve been mostly there for about a year. That being said, night time is a different story. I think it’s going to take another year to fully get night time potty trained as well. In the mean time, our big boy doesn’t fit in the largest diapers anymore so these have been the perfect next step. He pees in them every night and they do a good job of keeping him, his PJ’s and the bed dry. They’re not as effective as a diaper for a lot of urine but for the average nightly output they do a great job and they fit him really well. Our son weighs about 52 pounds and the S-M size fits great. I have these on my Subscribe and Save list and they’re definitely cheaper than buying at Walmart that way. Hope this helps someone else!

Cancer Fighter Starts potty Training
Ugh, Potty training is hard for the average child but when you add chemo and steriod into the mix it seemed like It would never happened. My 3 and a half 3 old son DID NOT want to sit on the potty and certainly not want to stop playing but a few weeks after we started using these at night causing him to not wake up with a soaked bed in the middle of the night thus giving my husband and I more sleep I felt relief but he started going on the potty! It was so hard to find pull ups for my size 7 diaper kiddo but this did it and now he doesnt wake up soaked! Thank you good nights he is getting a new BIG BOY bed and I am positive he will have no bed wetting accidents in the future!

Best pull ups ever
Best pull ups on the market. The only things i would change is have an option for tapes, so I dont have to take off my pants and shoes every time I wet. Maybe just a little bit thicker for holding more liquid. These are the best looking pull ups. These are extremely comfortable. These are great for active people with incontinence.

Worth the Extra Money
I bit the bullet and started spending more on night time pull ups because I was tired of leaks, washing bedding all the time, washing my son in the morning all over again so he doesn’t smell like irons, etc. I used to try and get by with standard pull ups. My son is a deep sleeper and seems to retain a lot of fluid until the middle of the night so potty training him for overnight has been a long process. I’ve tried store brand night time training pants, regular pull ups and even the larger sized diapers hoping to save a buck. But it all ends up being a headache for me because it just doesn’t do the job. These miraculously do. They don’t let his pee spray out the side when he flips and flops in all his crazy positions throughout the night. They hold a lot of liquid. He doesn’t emanate urine smell as soon as he kisses me good morning. They don’t rip down the sides. These are worth the money because they make my life easier in every aspect. It’s concerning enough that he is a five year old who still doesn’t have full night time bladder control. These save him from embarrassment and me from doing extra work.
