Looks nice and excellent quality
The design is lightweight and modern. Looks good with any decor.Simple to operate because it has basic buttons and volume knob. Sound quality is clear. I like that it has a long power cord because our outlet is in behind the bed.

Very good sound machine.
I had one of these machines for a few years and used it nightly. It finally gave out. The new one is very good too. The sounds are pleasant and clear. You can play it for a certain number of minutes or just let it run all night. Good quality.

Sound different from my old one.
I bought the identical one from my old one because we needed one more. Both are the same brand and same model. But, the new one sounds slightly different from the old one. For example, the ocean sound is not as deep and slow as the old one, and the cricket sound has some constant rhythmic white noise in the background, etc. It’s annoying. But, we kept it because other family member didn’t mind it.

Last one I had (less than a year), would quickly lose its sound over a period od 5 minutes despite change of batteries. Hope this one will last longer

Simple Machine—Durable Too
This is a very nice little item. My only complaint is that the volume control is a little tricky and takes some getting used to.I have accidentally dropped this on the floor a couple of times, with no I’ll effects. There is even a place to put batteries if you are so inclined. The sound quality is not great, but good enough. Altogether, this was a good buy.

Amazing
Amazing my baby sleeps so much better. I like how there’s a battery option as well. I had it on continuous loop all night long. It even puts me to sleep as well as my baby. It prevents you from hearing outside noise. This is a must have!

Works like magic for our pet dog

Happy I kept it
When first trying it , I was very disappointed because I really wanted to like it but for some reason the white noise had the opposite effect on me and kept me up rather than falling asleep. After giving it another try , I am happy I did because now I sleep with it every night, and actually can’t sleep without it. You can control the volume, and it does a decent job at blocking external noises which is helpful for someone like myself living in an apartment. Im glad I kept it, and would recommend.

Works exactly as needed
I was tired of replacing batteries in my toddler’s white noise machine, so we decided to order a plug in one. This one comes with the cord and everything, and it’s great! It has a timer function but you can also let it play indefinitely. My literal ONLY complaint is that the design of the volume knob is a little foolish. Because it’s half recessed into the curve of the machine, if you try to grip it with your thumb and forefinger to twist, you’ll lose your grip when one finger hits the edge of the machine. I just use one finger or adjust my grip as it turns, but it’s a small issue.

to quiet
I love it to a point matter of fact it’s running right now LOL I live in a loud apartment building and I use it to try to sound out some noise in my bedroom but it’s not that loud and I can’t still hear every word these people are saying when they pass my apartment and they’re not being that loud, and some people have bladder problems like me the only thing you can listen to on there is the direct white noise or the crickets because the rest is all with water and it makes me have to get up and pee every 5-10 minutes in the middle of the night so wouldn’t you just the bedroom at night

It helps me sleep with tinnitus!
This is the third time I’ve bought this sound machine. I had to buy another after my grand baby broke it, or it would probably still be working. Now, I have two. One in the baby’s room and the other in mine. I was able to take a giant fan out of my room and replace it with this sleek sound machine.This is a great value and the sound of rain drowns out the ringing in my ears! What a gift!

Just One Thing..
This sound machine is great.. I just wish that when you turned it on, it would automatically remember what you had it set on when you turned it off. I.E.. we usually sleep with the white noise setting. Every night that we turn it on, it automatically comes on with the rain setting and we have to switch it to white noise. That would be the one thing I would change so far. Besides that, it works great.

Excellent sound for masking unwanted noise
I have a noisy neighbor in the town home next to me, this will help with masking unwanted noise. I used the app on my phone last night, and this one is as good or better. I would highly recommend it. It is certainly loud enough if you want it on loud, and it has some nice sounds.

Good to block some noise
I bought this to block the noise of my roommate who gets on phone call or loud TV with no rest. It works well to remove all the distracting voice of her, even though sometimes I need to put at the loudest volume to do it.The rain, ocean and creek sounds feel a bit too cold in the winter season. I hope there are more choices, like wood burning and fire cracking sound.The quality of the sound is a bit low, with some white noise behind it. Hope it can be better.

The most reliable, though not the best sound
I often let patients use the rotating stock of sound machines that I keep or in my office. It seems to help patients feel more relaxed. I’ve bought some on Amazon and some from China. This is the most reliable one found. The sound could be lots better but for the price and reliability, I think this one is the best.

This is great!!! Finally, a good night’s sleep.
This is a great little product! I started using it from the time I received it. I love that it has all these settings.I set it on the white noise, and before long, I had fallen asleep! I didn’t even have to put it very loud! I have it on my side of the bed. My husband doesn’t need it, but he said that he enjoyed it. So now I put it on a little louder. LOL!I need to get me another one, so I can put it in the dining room/kitchen. This is where we spend most of our time doing the things we need to do. I alternate between the rain and thunder because I find them very relaxing.The only thing, and this is just an observation and not a criticism: We keep our bedroom dark when we sleep. However, the little light on the on/off switch is very bright. I was surprised. But no worries, I just but a sock over it and that solves the problem.I will be getting another one later on so we can enjoy it in other rooms. Thank you so much, I am finally getting a good night sleep! I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Good, not great
Definitely does the job! However, if you are sensitive to noises, you will hear clicks and loops in the sounds. I hear them very clearly and find them pretty annoying. My husband doesn’t hear them at all! Good machine for the price though.

Game changer for quality sleep
I love this little machine. The only thing I don’t like is the tiny little green light that tells when the machine is on. I can usually hide the light by taping a little black sticker over it, but aside from that it’s exactly as listed. The thunder storm is my absolute favorite.

Works ok plugged in/batteries don’t last
If you can keep it plugged in, it will work fine. If you use batteries, the batteries don’t last long, it also will just randomly stop playing the sound when either plugged in or not. It’s does the job, but I wouldn’t purchase again!

This is our favorite sound machine!
We have used this sound machine for nearly four years! We recently bought a replacement since our kids broke the cord. It is a great machine for travel, has many different sounds that my kids love, and a timer (although we have rarely used this feature)

“White noise” isn’t my top artist on Spotify wrapped anymore
Playing YouTube and Spotify sleep sounds all night was draining my battery so this thing was a game changer. It’s small but can be pretty loud if you turn it all the way up. I mostly use the rain setting. It’s pretty obvious that it’s like a 10 second sound looped over and over, but that doesn’t really bother me.

Why didn’t I get one sooner?
I love this thing. Good sound. Easy to use. I read to the sounds of crickets or thunder, switch over to rain, shut out the light and fall asleep and stay asleep. I’ve had trouble sleeping ever since menopause, but this has really helped.

LOVE this sound machine!
This is my 2nd purchase of this sound machine. My 1st one lasted about 6 years before the turn on dial started to feel “sticky” and the sound was hard to adjust. Love the cricket sound on this machine. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because the green light that blares when the machine is on is very annoying, nothing a little electrical tape didn’t fix though. Worth the purchase.

Honest review
If I had known how bright the green light is I would not have purchased this, it’s absolutely ridiculous that the light illuminates an entire room, night-light style, but creepy and green.The sounds are fine, I wish the white noise had more bass, as some machines or apps sound higher pitch than others, this one is fine but on the higher side. Very lightweight and the cord is long, the volume goes up pretty high and it seems like a well made sound machine. I do like it but can’t stand the bright light and will be sticking tape on my brand new purchase which seems pretty dumb, but it is what it is.

Perfect Sound Machine!
We bought this for our guest bedroom for when my daughter & son-in-law came to visit. They loved it! Not only did it provide them with restful sleep, but it also helped to drown out some of the sounds of us early risers in the morning.

Love the summer night
The item is sleek with a low profile, I like the summer night the best, however the on/off knob seems a bit cheap. Wish it was a button versus a knob.

Get this one. This machine saved LIVES.
I have always had a lot of trouble sleeping. Honestly, that’s understating things. My poor mother, the things she went through trying to get me to sleep as a child… someone should see about having her sainted. Anyway, fast forward many years, and I’m living with my beloved but noisy-sleeping husband in our new house with our impossibly loud dog…OUTSIDE. Between my husband who, I will state again, I love very much, and the dog barking at bogeymen in the night, I wasn’t sleeping a wink, even with earplugs and a fan running for–you guessed it–white noise. I could still hear my husband’s pesky breathing, clicking and occasional snoring and the dog incessantly scream-barking at god only knows what…I heard EVERYTHING. Muffled, yes, but I could hear it all, and for someone with as much difficulty sleeping as me, that won’t fly. For volume, to help drown out the sounds, I tried SOOOOO many white noise machines, but even through my earplugs, as I lay waiting for the sweet release of either sleep or death (at that point I didn’t really care which) I could hear the cut & loop of the sounds on every machine I tried. It became as bad as my husband’s inexplicable clicking night-breathing sound (he doesn’t do it during the day), no matter how hard I tried to ignore it I would find myself waiting for the cut and restart of the sound loop, my whole body would tense as it approached and it drove me further up the wall than I already was. So a dear friend of mine who worked at a high-end inn nearby gave me a white noise machine, they were buying a whole new set for the inn and several of the old ones still worked great, and she said she’d never heard a nicer white noise machine. I didn’t have a lot of hope, but I was willing to try anything. It was miraculous. Clean, pleasant white-noise selections with no discernable cut/loop, and I could turn it up as loud as I needed, or down, but what use is down in this scenario? I slept. I can’t tell you how important that is, I freaking SLEPT, you guys! I was able to both fall asleep and stay asleep through the cacophony of sounds made by everyone/thing around me. After many nights of success, the fear set in; I needed to know that if something happened to my miracle remedy, I could replace it. I looked at the information on the machine and googled it and found homedics, my savior. I bought a replacement before I needed it because I’m paranoid (side-effect of lack of sleep, anyone?) and when it arrived I turned it on just to make sure it was the same… hallelujah! It was. This machine saved my life…well, either mine or my husband’s. Both I guess, because if I murdered him I’d be sent to prison and I know I couldn’t sleep in there and I would die the slow, agonizing death of long term sleep deprivation. But we found this machine, and that didn’t happen, so HOORAY! If you need to sleep and white noise is your only hope, then this is your Obi-Wan Kenobi. Buy it!

Good White Noise generator
I find this to be a pretty sturdy machine. The primary ‘complaint’ I have is that for someone with hearing issues it is not loud enough for my bedroom usage. I am sure that persons without hearing issues would find it quite helpful. It appears to have a variety of options but I primarily use one as it is the loudest and most useful to me.

Kiddo loves it, for me sound quality is questionable.
My kiddo loves this and listens to the waves. I couldn’t sleep with this, but she can. For me, the volume and quality are a bit harsh. But keeping because my kiddo is not as picky as I am.

Have extra batteries
Volume is good and timer is very nice. But batteries don’t last a long time. I’m getting about 2 weeks out of them. But volume is up and it’s on at least an hour a night.

Working as intended for a noisy road
Nice product that works as intended. Bought this for a rental condo that faces a noisy road during the summer. People seem to be happy when using it. Our son likes to have it on to fall asleep.
