Lots of volume, Buildable, and the Brush is perfect
This product is thick. Its buildable if your wanting very dramatic looks but honestly 1 coat is more than enough. The brush is perfect, it is an actual brush (straight not curved) and not one of those plastic applicators with the nubbies, so it glides through and separates your lashes and DOES NOT create big globs on multiple lashes like most volume formulas. Even though the brush separates the formula is thick enough to make a dramatic change. Rather than just clumping your lashes together to make it look like they are thick but fewer. I really like this product accept for 1 thing, The fact that by the end of the day it is crumbling off onto may face and into my eyes. That’s my only qualm. If you are just using for a date or party this is your show stopper! Trust me on that. But it’s not an everyday wear or at the office all day type of product.

Great mascara for lengthening lashes. It’s not waterproof, but it wears well for most of the day. As much as I love the lengthening, I will say I find it sometimes smudges a bit on my upper lids when it’s humid outside. Even knowing this, I will continue to buy it because it goes on well and my lashes look great when it’s on.

I like the mascara. Good pigment. I may not be aggressive enough in applying because I don’t want smudges. I think it would work better with a curved brush, but overall, works well.

Indestructible mascara.
This might be my new go to mascara.I don’t know about the multiple coats I saw others mentioning in the reviews but it is slightly better than most mascaras when it comes to volume and lengthening.What I like the most about this mascara is how long lasting it is.Most mascaras I’ve used flake off, run, and smudge under my eyes . My eyes water a lot and this mascara has lasted through all of it . It does not come off at all unless you start rubbing !!I also like that the brush doesn’t hit my eyelids when I’m applying!As long as this mascara doesn’t dry up super fast this will be my new favorite mascara !

So much better than waterproof!
This is the best mascara at any price. It does not flake or irritate the eyes.I remove it nightly with a face wipe so I don’t have to deal with the oily eye makeup remover that always gets in my eyes and causes blurring. It can be layered, but one swipe is usually enough for me and I don’t have panda eyes at the end of the day. Because it is so affordable, I have it on auto ship and get a fresh new one every month.

THIS IS A DUPE FOR THE HOURGLASS UNLOCKED MASCARA!
I bought the Maybellone Sky High mascara after I saw it on Instagram and it looked like a possible dupe for the Hourglass Unlocked Mascara which is $29. From looks and appears I definitely feel like this is a dupe for the Hourglass Unlocked mascara and for the money I will definitely will be repurchasing this and forgo the Hourglass mascara.First, the size and width of the mascara tubes are very similar. It appears that the Maybelline mascara is about 1-2 mm shorter than the hourglass mascara. Like many luxury products the Hourglass component is significantly heavier than the Maybelline mascara which gives it the “luxury” feeling.The brush application are nearly identical between the two as you can see from one of my images. They both have plastic applicators that are slender with short bristles. The slender applicator with the short bristle makes it easy to grab and lengthen the inner corner lashes that are hard to reach with fatter mascara applicators.However, the biggest difference between the two mascaras is that the Maybelline mascara head is significantly more flexible than the Hourglass one. Upon application, I found the extreme flexibility in the Maybelline mascara applicator made it very difficult to apply the mascara to the root and push it through to the tip of the lashes. I typically like a mascara wand this isn’t so flexible so I can use the firmness to help push the mascara formula into the roots of the lashes and up to the tips of the lashes. However, due to the flexibility in the wand it was extremely difficult to do this and it took me a while to apply the mascara to get a fanned out effect. Yet, when I finished applying the mascara it looked great.Once dried the mascara feels the nearly the same when I gently run my finger through my lashes. If anything the Maybelline one feel slightly more tough whereas the Hourglass feels soft to the touch.I actually did a test and applied the Maybelline mascara on one eye and the hourglass on the other eye and asked my roommates if they noticed any difference and which they liked more. They both said there was very little difference between the two but preferred the Maybelline one because the lashes looked more separated.Both mascaras make your lashes extremely long and fanned out. They don’t give too much volume which is okay with me because I prefer that look anyways. I know some people don’t like that look but I personally prefer long individual lashes that look like my natural lashes but longer. Both of these mascaras are washable and can be easily be removed with warm water and/or makeup remover. They have identical lasting power too!In the end, if you’ve been wanting to try the Hourglass Unlocked Mascara and it’s not in your budget I would highly recommend you get this one instead give the Maybelline is $9 and the Hourglass Unlocked is $29. It’s a really a great dupe and I’m so glad that Maybelline came out with this mascara given they you’re supposed to change out your mascara every 3 months. I don’t feel as bad if I lose this mascara or it’s passed it’s shelf life given the price.

Seldomly, will I write a review and if I do it’s usually a very brief review. First off, I absolutely love this mascara and haven’t found one negative aspect to it. I’m someone who has tried almost every kind of mascara out there. I’m always looking for something better in a mascara because every one I’ve tried has failed in at least one area to make it near perfect. This one has been the best mascara and I don’t even want to look for another one. Sky High checks all the boxes for me!First off, I did have healthy long lashes but I tried lash extensions for a full summer so I didn’t have to wear mascara. When having the extensions removed permanently my lashes looked horrible. They were so short and I was missing a good bit of lashes. I used my old brand and my lashes didn’t look just as bad with it on. I decided to try this brand after trying a couple other kinds. This was the only mascara that made them look decent enough until I could grow them healthy again.After almost 3 months of lash extension freedom and lash serum at night, My lashes are back to normal! Now my lashes look like I have extensions when wearing this mascara. It lengthens them without clumping. The brush is a nice design because it helps separate the lashes keeping them natural looking. It adds volume but doesn’t overdo it by clumps. When I put two coats on my lashes are so long they reach my lower eyebrows. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my eyes while wearing Sky High!Another factor I love is even though it’s not waterproof this has not smudged or flaked. It stays put even through my weight training. I have no smudges! I always used waterproof mascara because if I didn’t I would look like a raccoon especially after a workout(Yes I even wear mascara to workout:). Waterproof is rough on lashes so I always wanted to wear something that wasn’t. Sky High mascara left no smudges after my workout yet it is easy to remove. I take a little water and face cleaner and it comes right off. I would always recommend Giving your lashes time to rest and grow during the night. I put this mascara on as soon as I get ready in the mornings and it’s a comfortable wear all day.Hmm, I wonder if I should write this about this mascara. I do want them to keep it in stock!LOL

A mascara that lives up to its name
I’d been using the same mascara for DECADES but this year I really wanted to shake it up and try out some new makeup, especially mascara. Read nothing but great things about this particular mascara so decided to give it a try. Boy was I glad I did!Lashes looked separated and LONG without any smudges or clumps. I purchased the very black waterproof kind because I have overly dry eyes all the time and require eye drops multiple times a day. Even with that, the mascara held its own. I have yet to experience what it’s like removing it at the end of the day, but I don’t foresee there being any problems.Will DEFINITELY be ordering this kind again and highly recommend it!

My go-to mascara is a brand called Thrive, I bought this one because I wanted a high volume high definition long Lash in the color brown, not black brown and not black I have way too many black mascaras and for the days when you don’t want to have the full blown “makeup look” this is absolutely perfect! Even with makeup this is a winner! I cannot believe how it glides so smoothly onto my eyelashes and really makes them seem 3× as long, watch out Thrive 😂 this color would also be great for blondes. I have been on a quest for quite a while to find the perfect brown mascara and I finally found it:) No clumping No smudging and even though it’s washable I can literally splash water on my face and it won’t smudge I have a tendency on rubbing my eyes and my eyelashes do not stick together or clump when I do that they just stay perfect. And it comes off so easily when I wash my face at the end of the day, no cleansing balm needed for this one. I highly recommend this product if you are thinking about buying this product please do so I promise you will not regret it! Especially with the price. My most honest opinion and review.

Best mascara on the market
I heard about this cult following mascara and decided to give it a try. I have now been using this mascara for over two years.Pros: This mascara is very affordable and ranks as good as others costing three times as much. I love the way it applies. The wand is very unique. I didn’t think I would like it, but I do because of it’s small size, it makes it easier to apply on individual lashes that are hard to get to with the larger fatter brushes.Cons: There is only .2 fl oz in the bottle. It gets used up quickly. No wonder!

Good mascara
First time using it added lots of volume. I was a little disappointed since the wand for the mascara came bent. I can still use it but doesn’t work super great. Overall the mascara is great and adds lots of volume and color.

I love this mascara… It really is everything it’s chalked up to be! I wear it all day at times, and I have no raccoon eyes! It definitely adds length to my eyelashes. I’d say it is stronger on length than on volume. As far as ease of removal goes— a lot of water, a washcloth and a couple minutes does the trick. Highly recommend!

Love the look, hate to take off.
So i’m a swimmer and I love me a good waterproof mascara and this does exactly that! I’ve never had any problems with the mascara in the water, however taking it off is another story. It usually takes a while and more often than not, I loose a few lashes. But I can’t give up the volume it gives my lashes in the pool, so a win is a win.

I want to love it. And initially I did. My eyelashes looked extremely long. It was difficult to keep them separated because so much product stayed on the wand even after wiping. After 2 uses I decided I didn’t like it as much as I had thought. It started flaking off after a couple hours and hard to actually remove it completely. If it didn’t flake so quickly, it would be freaking awesome. I love the shape of the wand and I’m sad it didn’t work out for me

Lashes looks long & full, doesn’t smudge
This mascara works well for me. It makes my lashes look long & full & it doesn’t smudge. It just isn’t easy at all to remove. It IS waterproof, so that’s probably why. I wanted waterproof mascara. I will deal with it taking awhile to remove this mascara since it works pretty well for me. I hadn’t used mascara in quite awhile because every time I did, even waterproof ones would smear even many hours later below my eyebrows. This mascara doesn’t.

I have the shortest lashes ever and this mascara helped tremendously. If you’re not careful it can be a little smudgy when applying but no major issues. The wand is also flexible to help application from the root. My fav mascara so far!

The best mascara I have ever used.
I am 52 years old and have always had very thin, short, sparse eyelashes. I usually have to use at least 2 different brands at the same time or always a primer then the mascara. I used this mascara without a primer to see how they would look. 2 coats of mascara and my lashes look amazing. They appear much longer and much, much fuller than anything I have used before. I have found my forever mascara.

Amazing for a drugstore mascara!
As an Asian, it’s very hard to find mascaras that work will with my lashes, and this mascara really sold me. While it may not provide the length I may want, it gives me the right amount of volume and is able to keep my lashes up throughout the day. The formula does tend to smudge, but it’s quite minimal and I just wipe it with tissue and I’m good to go. Highly recommend if you need a reliable drugstore mascara

Worth it! Much better than Essense!
I have used the “tik tok loved” Essense mascara for a while but was never really satisfied with the quality of the product. I tried this Maybelline mascara hoping it would be better as it had really good reviews and positive comments. Trust me, this product is worth the slightly higher cost. The mascara formula itself is smooth and applies evenly with no spider clumps, even after two coats. For me though the best part is that it doesn’t smudge but comes off easily with a make-up wipe. The brush is rubber I think so there seems to be less waste and smearing around the top of the tube which I like a lot more than a standard bristle brush. Over-all this product checks every box!

Finally one that works!!
I have always struggled with finding a mascara that doesn’t leave residue on my bottom under eye after a full day where and this doesn’t. I am so excited. It gives me the length, the color and the volume that I am desiring without the hot mess come evening time.

Adds Good Length
I always have this mascara on hand. I usually use the Covergirl Lash Blast mascara first to get them more full looking, then apply this to add the length. The wand is nice and thin to get my lower lashes also.Honestly, I’ve tried $50+ tubes of mascara and always fall back on these two products. 👌🏻

Better than expected

Better than the pricier brands!
I’ve recently tried Clinique and Lancome mascaras and both of those lead to bad smudging for me. I love this Maybelline one, doesn’t smudge and the applicator is very effective. And at the rate that mascara dries out, I’d much rather be paying this price every 6 months than one of the pricier brands

Works on Asian lashes!!
I just had to write a review for this because I couldn’t believe this actually worked on my short, straight, Asian lashes. For years, I’ve resorted to brands like Lancome and Benefit that still fell short on performance but cost $$. I didn’t think a drugstore mascara would ever work for me. I took a chance on this one given all the hype and made sure to get WATERPROOF. And it works!! Much more volume than the Lancome mascaras I’ve tried, but not clumpy and actually holds the curl, as long as you get the waterproof version!! It also builds nicely to the length and drama you want. Easy to remove with any face wash that is formulated to dissolve makeup (I don’t even bother with a separate eye makeup remover). So happy I found this.

Lives up to the hype
I have tried several other mascaras from boutique and celebrity online stores. This works just as well as one and better than the others at a fraction of the cost. The brush design is excellent. No clumping and comes right off with bany oil. Highly recommend!

Best mascara I have ever used!
I love this stuff! Long lasting. Does not smear all over my eyes like other brands. Very water proof. Doesn’t clump. Makes my lashes look great. I will say it is semi hard to remove.

A mascara that does lengthen and separate lashes
I’ve tried many mascara products and this is one of the better ones I’ve used. It actually coats individual lashes thus both lengthiness and separating at the same time. Exactly what a mascara a product should do! It doesn’t smug while wearing only when you remove it. It does require a bit more effort to remove because it actually stays on the lashes.

Best drugstore mascara for lengthening that I’ve found, but not easiest to remove and I don’t use waterproof. It’s crazy how long my short lashes can look with this brand.
