Great product
As some who recently started to struggle with acne, I’ve been looking for an instant blemish product. I earned that is impossible for some with sensitive skin. This product is the closes thing I have found. I have to wear for a few nights before the blemish is gone, but visibly less noticeable each day.

Almost immediate effects!
I woke up one day with 3 inflamed, painful pimples that were all too deep under my skin to do anything about. I applied these patches and within 6 hours they had SIGNIFICANTLY reduced in size and they didn’t hurt me anymore. I’m shocked at how quickly they saved my face. 10/10!

Best Pimple Patch I’ve found yet!
Hero brand pimple patch is the best yet! I’ve used another brand which did not compare to Hero. These mighty patches adhere well to my face. I apply them to my pimples right after I wash & dry my face for the night, but before I apply any moisturizers. Even after applying moisturizer the patches stay in place & continue to stay in place through out the night while I sleep—& I move around a lot in my sleep! The patches are easy to peel off in the morning; they do not pull my skin extensively like some other adhesive products.Fair warning though, do not use a patch on the same problem area several times in a row. I did find that after more than two uses in a row the area was more sensitive & scabbing from frequently applying & taking off the adhesive patch.As the product suggests, use the patches on whiteheads. They do not work well on pimples that are under the surface/without a head (other than simply to keep you from picking at them). The patches have drawn out quite a bit of gunk from pimples, speeding up the healing process.

Where have these been all my life??
I’m 37 years old and when my period is around the corner my skin still knows it. Whoever says you grow out of acne is a liar. I get a lot of cystic acne around this wonderful time of the month and when I see a white head I can’t resist popping it because it’s ugly and gross looking and sometimes painful. I tend to then pick at it and it takes forever to heal and I end up with a blemish on my skin that lasts for months (I’m very fair skinned).The other day I woke up to a monstrous pimple. Upon further inspection it appeared that I literally had 3 white heads all come to a head in one spot on my face. I tried to leave it alone but the next day it was very painful cuz it was so full and swollen. I attempted to pop it and failed and just made it worse but by the end of the day I managed to relieve some pressure by getting some of it out of there. Then I knew I was on my long journey of trying to get this monster to heal. I texted my sister jokingly because she’s also a “picker” and I asked her for any rec and she sent me these.I overnighted these and the invisible version and in 2 days the bump is completely gone. I still have some healing on the skin to do since I picked it but I’m certain if I had these before this became as big of a problem as it was, I would be healed by now. I put a few extra on some other small zits last night and I woke up to them being GONE!These stick amazingly well and they help keep my skin feeling smooth so it 100% eliminates the urge to pick. These are absolutely amazing and I ended up buying more during Prime day yesterday when they were a bit cheaper because I know I will continue to use these.I know some say they’re expensive but there’s 36 of them in here. If acne isn’t a persistent issue for you where you’re dealing with a new pimple every other day then these are completely worth the money imho.

I didn’t think these worked at first!
The first couple times I used these I must have honestly used them incorrectly (although I don’t know how). I was persistent & kept using them and finally realized they did indeed work! It says to leave them on 6-8 hours but I’ve found leaving them on at least 8 hours is the trick for me.

These are the best pimple patches I’ve ever used. They do their job and help heal pimples faster. They are invisible enough that you could get away with wearing them during the day, but I notice them enough that I prefer to wear them overnight. You know they’ve worked when you can see white appear in the pactch itself. I cannot recommend these pimple patches enough!

It’s great
Honestly it’s a little rough to take off but it does it’s job. I had a nasty red pimple on the side of my face, it was so red, so big and hurt very badly. I put the patch on and by the time I took it off, it hurt less, and the bump was very reduced. Today in the morning the pump is basically gone and all I have is a red mark.This is a great product

Love this!!
So I’ve been suffering with acne bad, and haven’t found a remedy. I also can’t stand a white head so I’ll pop it. I also suffer with cystic acne, which can make the pimple soooo hurtful. I started have a breakout so i put these on overnight, the pain is gone from those pimples and they are almost gone. I love this product and would definitely recommend at least trying. It seems like it gets all of the gunk out without having to squeeze it over and over again.

Not too noticable
I tried to use this product for some pimples. it does blend in with the skin around it so its definitely wearable during the day and even out in public depending on your preferences. I did not find that it made a significant change in the appearance or size of my pimples. However I will continue to try it. There are 36 of the discs in each package so this should last a little while.

The only ones that work for me!
I have oily, acne-prone skin and have tried numerous brands of acne patches at this point. These ones (the original patches) have worked the best for me. I’ve repurchased these several times over the course of the last year. I apply them overnight and by morning, they have done their job very well and I have noticed less inflammation/redness in those areas as well. I’d highly recommend.

The only pimple patch that works for me
I swear these are the only patches that work for me. I find they only work when the pimple has a white head, or is at its peak, but when used correctly they flatten out the pimple overnight.

Adheres Much Better Than Nexcare.
The most important thing to understand about hydrocolloid acne patches such as the Mighty Patch is that they are for use on mature acne blemishes that have “come to a head”, so to speak. The patches are coated on one side with some mixture of pectin, carboxy-methylcellulose, and polymers that absorb fluid, plus an adhesive. Hydrocolloid pulls the fluid out of a wound, encasing it in a white gel. In the case of acne, the patches will pull the mixture of white cells, bacteria, dead skin, etc. that forms the white head of an infected pore. You have to wait until the pimple has come to the surface and you can see white. I recommend pricking the white head with a pin before applying the patch. I have experienced some patches that did not work because there were too many layers of skin over the infection. If you prick the white head, the goop inside will definitely have an escape route.The Mighty Patches come in a box of 36, which is three sheets of 12 patches. They are about 12mm in diameter. The patches are made of some type of plastic or rubber that is too thick and too slick to cover with makeup. You’ll want to wear these overnight or around the house. Clean the area to remove oil, dirt, makeup, etc. that might interfere with the adhesive. Prick your whitehead. They apply the patch. Instructions recommend leaving it on for at least 6 hours. I find that 8-10 hours is good. If the blemish has flattened out when you remove the patch, you’re probably done. If not, repeat the next evening. Hydrocolloid patches work well because they continue to pull the stuffings out of the blemish over a period of time. You could extract the white goop with a comedone extractor or fingernail. But, unless the infection is completely gone, the fluid will return. Continuing to pull the fluid out over time seems to solve this problem.I have used Nexcare Acne Covers, but I prefer the Mighty Patch brand. These 12mm patches are the same size as the large Nexcare patches. But you get 36 of them in a box, whereas a box of Nexcare Acne Covers contains 12 of the 12mm patches and 24 smaller 8mm patches. The small patches are useless and Nexcare’s adhesive is poor, which exacerbates the problem. I’ve never been able to keep an 8mm patch on for even 5 minutes. Effectively, I paid for a box of 36 Nexcare patches and only got 12 patches. With Mighty Patch, all 36 patches are big enough and sticky enough to use, so I’m getting more for my money. Hydrocolloid patches are a must-have for anyone who gets inflamed, infected acne and Mighty Patch is designed well for the purpose. They are big enough to handle any blemish and the adhesive is strong enough to keep them on your face.

I was skeptical of pimple patches but I am impressed
I always thought pimple patches were just a Gen Z trend or that they weren’t effective but I ordered these because I’m out of state and don’t have many of my skincare products. I had a deep painful pimple on my cheek and I put one of these patches on and wow! The next morning the pimple was flattened and the redness was gone! I didn’t think this would do much because the pimple was already 4 days old and I had been picking at it (bad I know) but it looks so much better! I don’t break out much but I will definitely be using these when I have a pimple.

If you have any acne it will definitely work into getting rid of it, and simply for the more stingier acne reuse as much as needed. This item can be used throughout the day and being that it’s clear its barely noticeable that you have it on. This items works wonders when it comes to getting rid of pimples!

Recently I broke out in white heads after getting laser hair removal and nothing has helped bring them done except for these! I’ve tried these before and didn’t feel that were effective but for whiteheads they are amazing!! It helped bring down the swelling too

They Work!
As I’ve gotten older, my skin has become a little more sensitive, but I’m still getting acne, unfortunately. I didn’t have any issues with these patches, and they helped with the acne! It sticks to your skin all night and does not fall over and that comes from a person who tosses and turns! It’s really easy to use, put it on a pimple that is bothering you as it’s close to the surface, and over night it will suck the funk from your pour. And I’m the morning you get to peel it off to now a smooth patch of skin!

These work really well on a red pimple about to form a white head. I put it on at night around 11pm by the time I wake up at 7:30am and take it off it pops my pimple for me. Combined with a skin routine, these have been like gold to me. Apply them overnight on clean skin and painlessly wax the bacteria off your zits in the am. All skin is different, but for mine at least (normal to dry), takes two days for bigger ones and one night for the little ones.

I’ve tried several brands and I don’t really see any difference in results. They all help reduce the appearance and swelling from pimples but they can take 2-3 days to go away. I think I’ll stick with the cheaper options from target.

I have tried sooo many other pimple patches, but would always have bad reactions to them. One time I had a red circle mark from a patch that was on my face for a week… it was awful! I figured I was just allergic to all patches and wouldn’t be able to use them… until I came across these!!! These are AMAZING for sensitive skin and a great price! I feel like these are more for pimples that actually have pus showing (because it helps pull the gunk out) rather than ones that are beginning to form. Overall, these are my go to patches and I highly recommend these! 🙂

Good, but if you have sensitive skin – be careful
This patches works good for me, sometimes it takes longer to heal the spot, sometimes faster. I have really deep under skin laying acne sometimes – on those it does lower the inflammation lvl but not really getting them out, so with time they popping up again. Even tho, i still like it. To make sure that i won`t get chemical burns on my face – i tried it first on my arm, to see if my skin is okay with the product. So i would recommend to do same for everyone (as you can see there is enough reviews with people getting chemical burns as everyone have different skin sensitivity).

Stick on well & work amazing!
I’ve been breaking out with whiteheads lately & this product has saved me! It really takes out all the gunk and heals pimples fast. I’ve worn with them during the day before and slept in them before. Both work great and they stay on all night. The patches are so comfortable that you don’t even know they’re there! Last week, I forgot to take off the patch and went on a 3 mile run outside. The patch stayed on! The patch sticks well and does exactly what the product advertises. Highly recommend!

I suddenly have cystic acne in my 30s and they are suuuuper painful. While these patches don’t prevent cystic acne, they sure help with the swelling and redness as well as prevent me from picking so the acne can heal faster and without scarring. I’ve tried similar products from other brands but these work the best for me. So glad my dermatologist recommended these to me as I get used to my updated skin routine. Definitely recommend!

10/10 would recommend to anyone who has a pesky pimple on their face. The one thing I did notice is if the pimple is not red they will not stick on as great. so you have to wait until that pimple or zit starts to get a red head before you can apply. but once applied you can go to bed or even put cover up over the patch and go about your day.

Life saver
I am an older millennial who suffers from adult acne because I can’t stop touching my face throughout the day. I’m usually sitting with my hand on my chin or cheek. So, I break out. I also never leave my pimples alone to heal. I cover them up with concealer and makeup. These little things are amazing. I will put one of them on a pimple over night and in the morning, the pimple is completely flat. It heals so fast. These have become a staple in my life. I highly recommend them.

Super Effective & Easy To Use!
This is the 2nd time I have purchased Mighty Patch. I am 37 and have random hormonal breakouts and every time I even feel the smallest blemish coming on, I stick a sticker on it and it almost immediately starts to disappear. These are the best “spot treatment” solution I have come across when it comes to breakouts. My husband also uses them and has been very impressed, and we both have very different skin types. I do tend to have a bit more of dry skin, so the only downside i would say is that it does dry me out and sometimes can cause some flaking but i’m ok with that!

Guys! They actually work. I was pretty overwhelmed when searching pimple patches on Amazon, as there are soooo many options but I’m glad I ordered this brand. Bought them for a pimple I had on face but my pimple was gone before they arrive so with that being said, it’s best to order them before hand. Also keep in mind they only work on surfaced whiteheads. Can be used on the body as well. I have sensitive skin and everything went well.

It works!
These pimple patches works on pimples that seem “ready to pop” which is when they have the white top but if it’s red it doesn’t really do much. It also doesn’t do much for pimples like blackheads but overall, it still works pretty well. Put them on overnight and it will reduce swelling and the pimple went away after a few more days! (Doesn’t work well on scarred tissues pimples)

Mighty Patch
I love these acne patches so much! They work great and really help dry out pimples and make them heal faster. They adhere to the skin really well (as long as your skin is clean and dry when putting it on) and I’ve never had one fall off. If you have a small pimple you can cut the patch in half. My only complaint is that you don’t get many in a box and they’re expensive compared to other brands.
