Linda –
Great for breakfast or a snack.
These are some of my favorite fruit bars. The raspberry has great flavor, really tastes like fruit.
Sharon M. Klumpp –
These are tasty and nutritious.
I have IBS and they are an excellent source for daily regularity.
marcus venable –
Really good!
Had the apple/cinnamon, and these are just as good. They’re small, but pretty dense. I’m a big guy, but one pack (2 squares) is enough for a snack. I think I’ll eat my way thru all the flavors.
TimeSpaceGuy –
Tasty
These have really good taste. There holsum.
Rufus Archibald –
Good flavor and always fresh.
It’s a quick on the go breakfast that has good flavor.
Luna Fairy –
Fresh, great taste.
I eat these in place of cookies. Maybe just fooling myself but I really like these.
A.M. Jennings –
So delicious!
I’m very careful about what my family eats, and we’ve always liked fig bars, so we decided to try these. The blueberry flavor is so delicious. My high schooler and college kid love them too. I will definitely buy these again.

So good.
These little bars are so good, I have them in my desk at work and in the pantry at home. Price is great as well, these bars are great for a quick snack.

Many times better than your childhood fig bars
I loved Fig Newtons as a kid but these are so much better. They’re bigger, softer and more flavorful. They’re also individually wrapped, which makes them easy to bring along during outdoor activities.

Awesome breakfast.
Ease of openning. Size. Fresh
Joseph C. Bogo –
Great for a quick, filling snack.
I’ve enjoyed the few different flavors that I’ve tried. None has disappointed. But the prices of the various flavors are always going up and down, so whenever i orderi simply go for wheneverWhichever flavor happens to have the best price at that time. Unless you’re rich and or very picky about an exact flavor, it might behoove you to just go with whichever flavor is at a much better price at any given moment, because they all taste fine.

Company Cheating Customers
I have eaten these newton bars for years. I stopped ordering them over the summer as the price tripled. The price just went back down this month September 2022 so I ordered a box of Raspberry Newton bars.Much to my dismay when i opened my package, the bars are no longer the full size sport bars but standard size newtons that you get in the big package at the store. The company did not even bother to change the rapper or box size to accommodate the much smaller serving. Clearly the intent is deceive the customers. Still a healthy and great tasting bar but far from worth the price. Better off getting newtons at the dollar store then spend $10 to $13 dollars for half as many.

Blueberry bars were ok.
Didn’t particularly care for these blueberry bars. Nothing wrong with it. Just taste preference.
Cally Roberts –
Not fig newtons… better ingredients and you can tell
If you like fig and whole wheat you’ll love these. My husband doesn’t hardly like anything remotely healthy but he loves these. My mom who hates everything that is “new” to her even said they were ok (in her world that means they’re good) Pretty good value at less than $6. If the price stays close to that I’ll probably continue to buy. Depending what i find when we open the second box. They are packaged two per package with 12 packages per box. One thing i didn’t like is we have had a few that are missing one in the package Have not opened the other box yet. So far we actually only received 21 bars instead of 24. Its not such a good deal if you’re not receiving the amount you are supposed to. I know errors happen but…..So it seems the 6 twin package 6 box pack is the new packaging. It costs more per twin package I guess because of the extra boxes?? Idk! I prefer the 12 twin package per 1 box at the better price.

Excellent snack
These are a great, tasty line of snacks to get you through the day. I have tried original, blueberry & raspberry. I highly recommend, much better than other “cereal bars” I’ve tried.

BLOODY YUM!!!
I literally grew-up on Fig Newton’s & adored them! I grew-up in home that had Food Laws, yes, Laws, not Rules!!My younger brother & sister were each allowed a half-hour to one hour of tv. Which was a treat to each of us. We were also allowed to eat a regular (not mini, but certainly not one of those obscenely huge bars of chocolate candy) candy bar, once a week. I typically bought my brother & sister candy with my allowance, since I’d met my family when I was five. (Complicated) Then, upon returning to nyc, I spent everyday working all the time. (I worked a Lot as a model until I realized I had brains. I never saw a penny of it, even though I worked everyday, all day long. Private cars picked me up in nyc (really nice men, typically my dad’s age (30 when I was 5) would drive me from job to job.) & I’d see many familiar faces after the 1st six months of doing this. I didn’t really like people fussing with my hair, putting make-up on me or staring at me, while I was initially photographed in their clothes or being told how to use their products. Which ended about six months after I started working. I learned to read people quickly, which is always an asset! My mom organized my 1st few jobs, then I figured out how to do it. The people 5 times my age taught me a lot & were really just terrific! Both our parent’s worked & as a family, we moved to seven different countries. Which was extraordinary as a way to learn languages, cultures, see places I’d later see in my school books. The food was Incredible-WoW!!)I digressed severely, apologies! Since my younger years weren’t say, “typical”, I started associating specific foods with ‘having or being’ Home. For me, Fig Newton’s, PB & J’s & an ice cold glass of milk or a chocolate egg cream, all meant Home to me, no matter where I was. Since one Shirley Temple (Ginger-ale on ice w/ grenadine & a fake, kinda red cherry 🍒) was ordered for me, when the adults had cocktails, this was my only exposure to soda until Coke. Again, until our family started dying, (Complicated. I was 15, my bro & sis 14 & 12) none of us knew that anybody could eat chocolate or drink sodas more than once a week! As far as eating cookies for dessert, we only had them for our picnics, on the weekends we spent in the woods. Meaning that after swimming in the lake, in the ocean, coming inside to warm up from skiing or sledding-in the States or overseas, we’d always have Fig Newton’s, chocolate chip cookies-homemade by me mostly or these very thin Raisin Cookies, as our daily sweet treat. This is taking forever-sorry! Just trying to let you know how significant Fig Newton’s have been to my life! Sometime during my 20’s, I started running b4 University & working & making Veg/apple fresh juice for myself. I adored Juicing & until lately, drank fresh Veggie Juices everyday.Once I started drinking fresh veggies juices, my Beloved Fig Newton’s became too sugary for me. Please don’t misunderstand me here! Even during my Snobbiest Foodie Times, I’d still delight in eating & making Chili con casa (spelling?) w/ Velvetia (fake) Cheese, Picante Sauce & Refried Beans! (OMG it’s divine!! Everywhere I made or brought it, always 1st Yummy to disappear. Maybe cause even lactose intolerant could eat it, since it’s fake cheese. Idk!) Even when I was a Vegetarian-7 years – Fig Newton’s & Felafel’s were a Favorite meal when I was 12.Healthy Food has grown to really not only healthy, actually Delicious too!! Tho- to actually Find A Cookie, I now Prefer to Newton’s? Yeah, these babies! Gosh they’re good! For breakfast, lunch or dinner-alone or with a meal-doesn’t matter! They’re not suddenly Diabetic Sweet & they’re covering, for me anyway, needs Pellegrino, Passion Fruit & Tangerine sun tea or juice-mixed with 2/3rds bubbling water on hand, when enjoying them. The other thing I adore bout them is I’ve been battling pain for some time now. The kind that makes ya never hungry or hangry! Discovering these & keeping a few packs of them near my bed (2 cookies are wrapped together in box that holds 12 twins. For me recently, it’s been easy to go 4-5 days, not eating. I honestly don’t get or feel hungry! These Fig Bars are the Perfect little meal sometimes for me. Crap, have I completely mucked up this Review? Well….shoot!I’m really looking forward to trying the Chocolate Bars & Other Flavors of these & they’re even kinda “healthy”! Kinda. They’re really bloody yum is truth. If you’re looking to start making a few ‘better food choices’ for you or you & your kids-try these. They still remind me of really Happy Places & nothing bout that hurts!!

Great Breakfast or Snack
I love these bars for a quick breakfast or a snack to give me an energy boost in the middle of a sluggish day. They seem to have gotten really hard to find, this flavor in particular (It’s one of my favorites.), and the price can fluctuate pretty wildly, so I try to keep my eye on them and buy them when the cost is reasonable. The taste is great and I’ve always gotten fresh boxes when I order from Amazon.
Elizabeth –
So yummy!!
I am dairy and soy free as I am breastfeeding a baby with intolerances, and it can be hard to find good snacks. I probably wouldn’t have tried these, but my aunt sent me a box once and I was hooked. They are delicious and filling. I eat them every day!
Kelly Scallan –
Love these
I love these fig bars they are always fresh and the taste is amazing. They are sweet enough to satisfy my sweet tooth but not overly sweet. They are also less expensive than at the grocery store
Oceanguy –
Moist and all all natural!
So delicious. Love that theres no preservatives. Reminds me of fig newtons but these are better as they are not as sugary and taste wholesome and more filling.

I’m mostly impressed with the Fig Bars
I recently tried Nature’s Bakery Whole Wheat Fig Bars and I’m very impressed. The bars are a great blend of flavor and texture, with a good balance between sweet and savory. They are made with real fruit, non-GMO ingredients, and are vegan-friendly! The boxes come with 6 twin packs, making them perfect for sharing or taking on the go. I highly recommend Nature’s Bakery fig bars as a tasty and nutritious snack! However, be sure to count the number of bars per pack as it has been my experience to get 1 bar instead of 2 in come packs.

Yay for protein and fiber!
For an easy snack that you can eat any time of day and without concern of temperature, it has a pretty high fiber and protein content. Just the right amount of added sugar. Just wish that the other, better flavors came in this price.

I like having these when I’m on the go and need a snack to keep me going. The ingredients seem healthier than some others with the right amount of sweetness

The good news is those three snacks only equal 600 calories
At 100 calories for each bar in each twin pack, these Nature’s Bakery Whole Wheat Fig Bars are a major part of how I lost 100 pounds in the past 8 months. I get a craving for these Real Fruit, vegan, Non-GMO, snacks at least 3 times a day. The good news is those three snacks only equal 600 calories. Each twin pack gives you 2 hours of feeling full. Amazing!

Yummy, satisfying, healthy
I love Fig Newtons. Their ingredients make them addictive where I wind up eating too much. Nature’s Bakery Whole Wheat Fig Bars are non-GMO, which tend to have non-addictive ingredients in them. I am satisfied with the 2 bar portion, which are large. The taste is full. Plenty of whole grain. Satisfies my love of Fig Newtons. I’m not kidding.

High calorie-per-bite ratio
I generally think of snack bars as being for children or athletes, and I am neither. Nearing 40, I’ve started to feel my bones go porous, my muscles soft. They warn you about this, but I hadn’t anticipated how specific the feeling would be: an actual weakening of the ankles, a pain in the hip. I feel like I should have started having healthier habits earlier — when they told me to — if I wanted to avoid this physical disintegration. Now I assume it’s too late.I thought of this when I bought these snack bars. I normally buy them for my son — at the grocery store, because I try to avoid Amazon — because they’re inexplicably high-calorie: 200 calories per bar, compared to around 70 in most snack bars. He likes them. The calories seem like healthy ones, too. The cleanness of the font on the box suggests as much, the spareness of the design. It resembles the design on those products — those packaged foods — that brag on the box that only four, or five, or at most six ingredients are contained therein. I’m not saying there are only a handful of ingredients in these (actually, I just checked, and there are 13), just that they have that healthful vibe about them. This seemed important, because this time, I was buying the snack bars not for my son, but for the homeless — specifically, as donations for the Blessing Bags he was apparently going to be assembling at the camp we’d signed him up for, for the day before Thanksgiving, when school was out but we had to work. I’d Googled what to put in Blessing Bags, and snack bars were on the list. And I thought of these ones. The reason I think they suit athletes is because they contain so many calories. For me, they don’t make sense, because — being as I am both gluttonous and lazy by nature — I already consume more calories than I burn. But if you’re homeless, it must be hard to get the calories you need. That’s what the website suggested, at least. So these came to mind. I bought them on Amazon instead of at the grocery store because they were cheaper in the bulk box, and I needed plenty of them, and also because I hadn’t looked at the fine print in the email about camp until a few days before camp started, and I didn’t have time, at that point, to run to the store.

I am really enjoying these! They are delicious and very filling. I like that they are packaged in individual packs of 2–they stay fresher and are very convenient to carry with me in my pocket or purse. I like the more healthful ingredients, and they are not too sweet–just right! Will be ordering more!

My new favorite snack
I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. As a fan of fig newtons, I knew I had to try these out. I haven’t tried the other flavors, but the blueberry bars are absolutely delicious. It offers the perfect amount of sweetness, with a nice and chewy texture. I’m a snacker, so this is exactly what I’ve been looking for.

Pretty good vegan snack
Pretty decent vegan snack and convenient for when you are on-the-go. I’ve been keeping one in my purse for when I’m out and need something light and fairly healthy.
